Brandi oversees the firm’s operational processes, including implementation of strategic initiatives that increase efficiency and productivity. She provides key input into decisions regarding investment reporting, client deliverables, technology, and overall practices of the firm.

Crystal works directly with Corporate Retirement Plan Sponsors, Plan participants, Industry Recordkeepers and Third Party Administrators through all stages of Plan implementation while ensuring all ongoing service needs are skillfully delivered.
Crystal began her career in the Pension Industry 20 years ago as a Third Party Administrator specializing in Department of Labor compliance testing and multi-faceted Plan Design. Crystal continued her career at Voya Financial as a Client Relations Manager before joining the BayBridge Team.

BBCG assumes a greater fiduciary risk with full discretion to make fund decisions with oversight from you/Plan Sponsor. There is limited availability to customize the investment menu.
