Virginia enjoys helping business owners establish retirement plans for their employees. She has built relationships and serviced many of her clients for several decades.

Experience

In 1990, Virginia started her own independent firm to help her clients find the right plan vendor, establish proper investment lineups, and offer plan participants a number of ways to invest through custom-designed model portfolios and target date strategies.

BBCG works as a co-fiduciary with your committee and provides advice in the selection and monitoring of the Plan’s investment menu. This method provides customization with a prudent process when choosing an investment menu that fits the needs of your employees. You retain the direction to accept or reject the advice.



3(38) – Investment Manager

BBCG assumes a greater fiduciary risk with full discretion to make fund decisions with oversight from you/Plan Sponsor. There is limited availability to customize the investment menu.



Audit Preparation and Support

Our team is well versed in assisting your CPA/audit firm in gathering the required information and reports from your Plan’s recordkeeper when a Large Plan audit is required.

Cost Benchmarking

We benchmark your Plan costs across recordkeepers on an annual basis. One of our specialties is to use our industry knowledge and expertise to negotiate your current contract pricing as your Plan grows and company demographics change. We assist you with finding a new recordkeeper if we find a more efficient, technology-forward, cost-effective solution for you. And we are there every step of the way with to help with the heavy lifting.

Plan Administration

We work directly with your Plan’s Recordkeeper and Third Party Administrator (when applicable) as a liaison to assist you with all the requirements associated with the compliance of your Plan.

Our service model includes onboarding procedures to help you review and improve operational efficiencies to help make the administration of your retirement Plan operate optimally.

We also support you with the compilation and delivery of mandatory plan notices on an annual and ad hoc basis.

Investment Monitoring

Create your Investment Policy Statement (IPS), which is the blueprint for investment selection and monitoring.
