Chris has a passion and background for teaching and coaching. He takes pride in assisting every individual to make wise investment choices, helping them understand their retirement Plan benefit, and guiding them to implement appropriate strategies to be on target to meet their retirement goals. Chris is a father of two teenagers and is actively involved in church activities with his family and volunteering as an 9th grade boys small group leader. He is a Bay Area sports fan for the 49ers and Warriors and enjoys spending time in Lake Tahoe.

Rachel oversees the comprehensive client experience for BayBridge Capital Group, managing client services and account administration for the Private Wealth Management division as well as facilitating daily office operations.
With over a decade of experience as Director of Events for well-established Bay Area venues, Rachel is an expert multi-tasker with a passion for ensuring a seamless client experience. Crystal began her career in the Pension Industry 20 years ago as a Third Party Administrator specializing in Department of Labor compliance testing and multi-faceted Plan Design. Crystal continued her career at Voya Financial as a Client Relations Manager before joining the BayBridge Team.
